The apartment has an entrance hall, 1 double bedroom with balcony, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with window, large walk-in shower and bidet, hallway, living/dining room with sofa and balcony, galley kitchen with window, storage room. The property has air conditioning, high-speed fibre Wi-Fi, monitor (video streaming available), washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, pod coffee machine. Bed linen and towels (with soap, shampoo and hairdryer) are provided and included in the rate. Free and paid street parking available. The apartment is on the 4th floor, easily reached by lift. Access to the building via 2 external steps; inside, another 4 steps with an electric chair lift for guests with limited mobility. The lift is not suitable for wheelchairs. Documents for all guests must be provided before check-in, as required by Italian law. AIR CONDITIONING is not available when the central heating is in operation. If booking for 2 people and requesting 2 separate beds, a supplement of €40 per stay applies, payable in cash at the property. TOURIST TAX: €3.50/NIGHT PER PERSON over 14 years (4 NIGHTS MAX).
