Casa RODA

Casa RODA, an acronym for Roberto and Daniela, is located in the municipality of Castiglione del Lago (Perugia). It's an independent house of 109 square metres on two floors. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with air conditioning, a walk-in wardrobe with a desk for smart working, and a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor, to the left of the staircase, there's a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, induction hob, coffee machine and all the equipment you need. Next to it there's a service bathroom and the washing machine. To the right of the staircase there's a large dining room with a table for six, and there's also the living room with two sofas, one of which has a double bed. The house has heating, TV and Wi-Fi and is fully equipped with linen and bathroom and cleaning products; you only need to bring your personal things. Children up to 12 years old stay free, dogs are welcome. Outside, in front of the house, there's a large private fenced car park with an outdoor area equipped with gazebo, table, chairs, armchairs and barbecue complete with equipment. Casa RODA is easy to reach, just a few kilometres from the Chiusi motorway exit. It's situated in Umbria on the border with Toscana and is the perfect base for visiting, within a short distance, various places of interest such as villages, lakes, cities, parks, waterfalls and sulphur springs, Roman ruins and Etruscan sites and much more.
